摘要: 基于虚拟仪器和LabVIEW 软件开发平台,完成电机测试平台的软硬件设计。测试平台主要对电机的电压、三相电流、功率因数、温度、转速、扭矩等信号进行采集,然后经过融合处理,对电机的综合性能进行评价。硬件设计主要包括信号采集、信号调理、信号处理等模块。其中信号调理电路主要包括电流转电压模块、电压放大模块、电流源模块和频压转换模块;信号处理主要利用NI-PCI6221数据采集和处理卡实现。软件设计主要是基于LabVIEW,利用信号选择控件、动态数据转换控件以及显示控件分别完成信号的采集与选择、信号的处理与显示,并利用PID控制算法完成电机转速和扭矩控制等。经过测试,测试平台可以达到预期的测试效果,研究工作是电机性能测试控制技术领域中的一次创新性尝试。

Abstract: The hardware and software design of motor performance test platform based on virtual instrument and LabVIEW is introduced in this paper. The overall performance of motor can be evaluated by this platform through collecting and processing the signals of voltage,three-phase current,power factor,temperature,rotation speed and torque. Hardware of the platform consists of signal collecting,signal conditioning and signal processing modules,among which the circuit of signal conditioning is composed of current-voltage conversion module,voltage amplifying module,current source module and frequency-voltage conversion module. The signal processing is implemented by using NI-PCI 6221. The software is designed based on LabVIEW by using signal selection control toolbox,active data conversion control toolbox and display control toolbox,which respectively carry out signal collecting and selecting,signal processing and display. PID control is employed to carry out rotation speed and torque control. Tests show that this design has achieved desired effects. It is an innovative attempt in the field of motor test and control.
