以长江科学院档案信息化需求为目标,以现有档案信息化基础为条件,对档案信息化进行策划,实施了馆藏档案目录数据库建立、重要科研档案的全文数字化、电子文件归档和实现网上查阅、借阅流程等信息化建设内容,以期在“长科云”建设带动下,档案信息化建设得到更大发展,使档案管理网络及管理软件得到全面提升,逐步提高档案信息化管理水平,实现更大范围内的档案资源共享。

To meet the demand of archive informatization in Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute, measures were taken to build the database of library archives catalogue, digitalization of important research reports in full-text, archiving of electronic documents, as well as inquiry and borrowing and reading online. Driven by the “Yangtze River Scientific Research Cloud”, the network and software of archive management is expected to improve, and archive informatization and sharing in a wide scope are expected to be achieved.
