为了解水泥砂浆试件经海水侵蚀时的尺寸效应,分别采用3种尺寸的正方体试件放在硫酸钠溶液中侵蚀,后每隔一定时间取出部分试件进行单轴压缩试验,分析不同尺寸试件的单轴抗压强度、峰值应变和弹性模量的差异。研究结果表明试件经硫酸钠侵蚀时强度的尺寸效应存在一个临界值,随着试件尺寸的增加,侵蚀对强度的影响效应会呈现增加后减小的规律;不同尺寸的试件经硫酸钠侵蚀时,其峰值应变和弹性模量的差异没有强度的差异明显。
Abstract
To study the size effect on the mechanical properties of cement mortar corroded by sodium sulfate solution, uniaxial compression tests were carried out on cement mortar specimens of three different sizes being corroded for a certain time in sodium sulfate solution. The differences of specimens in uniaxial compressive strength, strain at peak stress and elastic modulus were analyzed. The research result shows that the effect of erosion on the uniaxial compressive strength increased first and then decreased with the size of specimen reaching a critical value. The differences of strain at peak stress and elastic modulus were less significant than uniaxial compressive strength.
