高性能混凝土的徐变影响因素及模型优化

摘要:

现有的高性能徐变预测模型,各徐变影响因素多是根据试验数据统计回归得到,具有一定的局限性,且在实际施工中通用性较差。为了解决这一问题,根据现有的徐变模型,提出了标准状况下徐变预测公式,并结合高性能混凝土的特点,通过将徐变影响因素参数化,仅改变某一因素而将其他因素控制在标准状态的方法,建立了适用范围较广且预测精度较好的徐变模型。同时,为了使参数更精确,在徐变系数分析时,采用了自动寻参的遗传算法。结果表明,预测值与试验值吻合较好,且适用于普通混凝土和高性能混凝土,计算较为简便,可为设计和工程应用提供参考。

Abstract:

In the present models of creep prediction in high-performance concrete,influencing factors are mainly obtained through regression of measured data,with limit and poor application in practical projects.According to the existing creep model,a formula for creep prediction in standard condition is presented.In association with the characteristics of high-performance concrete,a creep model with wide application fields and high prediction accuracy is established through parameterizing influence effects of creep.In the model,only one factor is changed and the others are under the control of standard state.Meanwhile,in order to improve accuracy of parameter,we analyze creep coefficient by using genetic algorithm,automatically looking for parameter.The results on the accuracy of the model show that the predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental values,and it can be applied not only to ordinary concrete, but also to high-performance concrete.Furthermore,the calculation is simple and the model can provide a reference for the design and engineering applications.
