摘要

在南水北调中线工程膨胀土地区,挖方渠道边坡设计一般要求采用一定掺量、一定厚度的水泥改性土换填进行保护。对膨胀土边坡进行水泥改性土换填时,常常会遇到作业面换填工作中止、边坡土体风化干裂、换填层冲刷破坏及地下水导排不畅等问题。若对上述问题处理不当,有可能对边坡换填质量产生影响,较严重时可能引起渠坡发生变形破坏危及渠道安全。针对水泥改性土作业面在施工中存在的问题进行了深入分析研究,提出了相应的工程处理措施,并总结出施工过程的要点,对今后的膨胀土工程建设具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

In the expansive soil region of the middle route of south-to-north water transfer project, cement modified soil with certain content and thickness is required to replace expansive soil in order to protect the canal slope. In the process of soil exchanging and filling, problems are often encountered, including suspension of exchanging-filling operation, weathering and cracking of slope soil, scour damage of filled layer and mal-draining of groundwater. If the above problems are mishandled, the quality of soil exchanging and filling will be affected, and may even cause the slope deformation failure. In this paper, these problems are analysed in depth, and corresponding engineering treatment measures are put forward, and crucial points of the construction process are also given. It is of guiding significance for the engineering construction of expansive soil.
