摘要

介绍了水电机组性能参数综合测试系统, 7个子功能装置及其分析平台。阐述了该系统能实现对水电机组性能指标(安全性、稳定性、可靠性、经济性)的全面科学评价,彻底改变我国水电机组关键监测设备依赖进口的现状,提高我国水电机组监测仪器设备的自主创新能力与装备水平,支撑科技创新,服务国民经济与社会发展。

Abstract

An integrative testing system for the performance indexes (security, stability, reliability, and economy) of hydropower generating units is presented. The system consists of 7 sub-function devices and an analysis platform. The 7 sub-function devices are respectively responsible for the monitoring of cavitation and pressure fluctuation of hydroturbine, partial discharge of generator, air gap of generator, energy efficiency of power units, vibration and throw of power units, as well as the testing and simulation of hydro-turbine's governing system performance, and the testing and simulation of generator's excitation system performance. With this system, the performance indexes could be comprehensively and scientifically evaluated. China's dependence on the import of crucial monitoring equipment for hydropower unit can be changed thoroughly. Our innovation ability and the level of monitoring equipment for hydroelectric generating sets can be improved.
