摘要: 针对混凝土水管冷却温度场的计算问题,在目前用有限单元法迭代算法近似求解的基础上,根据水管与混凝土之间热量交换的平衡原理,提出了一种新的计算方法,并且数学上完全严密。采用该方法和文中所建议的沿程水管边界单元的搜索技巧,可以方便地严格模拟实际工作中蛇形水管的走向,提高计算精度。同时,针对实际工程中为提高温度场和温度应力场的计算精度带来计算量大的问题,提出了利用有限单元法的并行计算技术以及子结构技术两种方法,降低计算规模。

Abstract: On the basis of present research work relevant to approximate solution to the problem with FEM and equilibrium principle of thermel exchange between a water pipe and concrete, a new fully strict calculation approach is proposed to solve the algorithm problem of temperature field of mass concrete with cooling pipes. This method is much clearer and simpler in mathematicaland physical concepts. With the help of the method and the proposed technique for searching the pipe boundary elements along pipe line, the method is also easily suited to practical problems with numerous snake-shaped internal cooling pipes. So, the solutions of the problems are improved in precise. Finally, for the need of more complicated calculation in solving tempersture fields of concrete masses with numerous pipes in practice, two algorithm procedures of employing parallel calculation technique and struetural technique in FEM are suggested and the calculation working-load may be more decreased
