摘要:

基础处理工程的灌浆施工普遍采用灌浆自动记录仪进行流量、压力和浆液密度的监测记录,但由于传统记录仪现场监测的分散性,给施工管理部门实时巡查和统计工程灌浆进度资料带来困难。介绍了基于无线传感器网络的灌浆网络监测系统的总体架构及软硬件设计过程。通过此无线传感器网络监测系统的搭建,使灌浆施工管理实现了实时性和集约性,提高了灌浆施工监理的整体管理水平。

Abstract:

Grouting recorders are commonly used to monitor and record grouting parameters, for instance, flow, pressure and density, in the foundation treatment works. However, it is difficult for managers to make statistics of realtime grouting data and manage grouting construction due to the dispersion of the traditional grouting recorders. This article has discussed the general framework and software & hardware design of grouting monitoring systems based on wireless sensor networks. It is realized to make grouting construction management realtime and intensity, as well as to improve the overall management level through setting up the wireless sensor networkbased monitoring system.
