向家坝水电站左岸坝体分缝温度控制研究

摘要: 混凝土坝由于坝体体积较大,内部水化热不易散发,易造成坝体裂缝。为避免坝体裂缝的发生,通过对坝体施工基本资料进行分析,用三维有限单元法计算坝体稳定温度场。对典型坝段施工全过程采用仿真进行数值分析计算,分析不同分缝方案下坝体内部温度场与温度应力,确定合适的坝体分缝施工方案,可有效减少裂缝的发生。

Abstract: Because of the larger concrete volume of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, the internal hydration heat is difficult to diverge out, easy to create cracks in the dam. In order to avoid the occurrence of cracks in the dam, and by means of the analysis on basic information, the dam stable temperature field was calculated by 3 D finite element method. The numerical simulation calculation for typical dam sections during the whole construction process was performed, from which the inner temperature field and thermal stresses were analysed under different joint programs. So choosing a suitable joint program for dam construction plan can effectively reduce the occurrence of cracks.
