锦屏基础煌斑岩室内化学灌浆试验研究与探讨

摘要: 从灌浆材料、灌浆设备和灌浆工艺3个方面,对锦屏一级水电站左岸基础煌斑岩化学灌浆进行室内模拟试验研究与探讨。简单介绍了室内化学灌浆模拟实验步骤。通过灌浆前、后偏光显微镜分析可以看出:CW高性能化学灌浆材料对煌斑岩具有良好的渗透性、浸润性,能均匀、连续分布于岩样的微细裂隙间。灌后取芯检测结果表明:CW高性能化学灌浆材料能很大程度地改变岩样的力学性能。由于现场地质条件和地质结构复杂,需进一步研究施工工法,在化学灌浆方面必须灵活调整浆液配方,综合平衡灌浆压力、进浆速率、灌注时间、灌浆总量等要素。

Abstract: For studying the antiseepage with grouting in the lamprophyre base rock of Jinping Firststage Hydropower Station, a series of laboratory tests on the grouting materials, apparatus, and techniques were conducted. The analysis results with polarizing microscope show that CW slurry has excellent permeability and wettability on lamprophyre, and can be continuously permeated into microfractures and remarkably improve the mechanical property of the rocks. On the basis of the testing results of the core extracted, such conclusions can be made that highperformance CW grouting materials can improve the mechanical properties remarkably. Due to the complexity of the field geological condition and geological structure, how to improve the grouting techniques and adjust the formula flexibly to achieve a balance among factors such as grouting pressure, rate, time and total amount of grouting materials need to be studied further.
