三峡水库生态防护带建设的初步探讨

摘要: 三峡水库运行后,消落区的生态屏障功能被大大削弱或丧失,在消落区及其以上临近区域构建生态防护带可以有效削减库区农业面源污染,降低水土流失程度,有利于三峡水库的水环境安全和可持续利用。针对三峡水库的水位节律变化特点,依据国内外河岸植被缓冲带的研究成果与管理经验,探讨了三峡水库生态防护带的定义、功能定位和宽度估算方法,并提出了三峡水库生态防护带建设的总体思路。

Abstract:  After the impoundment of Three degrading Gorges Reservoir, the ecological defence function of the riparian degrading zone will be weakened or lost. So, in the riparian zone and its above neighboring region, the construction of ecological protection zone can decrease the levels of the agricultural nonpoint source pollution and soil erosion, which is beneficial to the water safety and sustainable utilization of Three Gorges Reservoir. In the present study, according to the characteristics of water level fluctuation of Three Gorges Reservoir and the design concepts and management experience of riparian vegetation buffer region at home and abroad, the definition, function orientation and width estimation method of ecological protection zone of Three Gorges Reservoir have been discussed. Furthermore, the general idea has been provided for the ecological protection zone construction of Three Gorges Reservoir.
