Blasting Tests of Vault Layer Excavation in Water-sealed Underground Caverns of Zhanjiang National Petroleum Storage Project

摘要: 爆破施工安全控制是大型地下储油(气)库开挖过程中需要解决的关键问题之一。以湛江地下水封石油洞库工程顶拱层开挖为例,通过现场爆破试验获取围岩振动及损伤监测数据,对爆破荷载作用下洞库围岩影响进行安全评价。试验结果表明:爆破后孔壁无明显爆生裂隙,半孔率符合技术要求,爆破振动速度小于安全控制标准,爆破影响深度控制较好,表明试验采用的光爆孔线装药密度及钻爆参数基本合理;各洞室交错爆破开挖,有利于控制主洞开挖爆破振动对邻洞的影响;需进一步将最大爆破单段药量控制在34 kg以内,以更好控制爆破振动。研究结果对大型地下水封洞库工程爆破设计、施工有参考价值。

Abstract: Safety control of blasting construction is a crucial problem in the excavation of large underground oil (gas) storage cavern. With the excavation of vault layer of Zhanjiang underground water-sealed cavern as engineering background, we evaluated the safety of surrounding rock of cavern under the impact of blasting load based on monitored data of surrounding rock vibration and damage obtained from field blasting tests. Test results showed that the linear density of the charge of smooth blasting holes as well as the drilling and blasting parameters in the test are generally reasonable as no obvious burst cracks were found in the hole wall after blasting, half-hole ratio conforming well to technical requirements, blasting vibration velocity smaller than safety control standard, and blasting influence depth well controlled. Interlacing blasting excavation of chamber is beneficial to controlling the influence of blasting vibration of the main cavern excavation on adjacent caverns. The maximum charge weight of single delay should be within 34 kg to better control the blasting vibration. The research results offer reference for the blasting design and construction of large-scale underground water-sealed caverns.
